Is this an insurance plan?

No. The Sallus Health discount plans are not Insurance, and should NOT be used to REPLACE health insurance. If you have medical insurance, please keep it and consider the Sallus Health DENTAL+ program which includes savings on dental, vision, hearing, drug prescriptions, and you will get access to our Wellness Concierge.

How much will I save?

How do I receive my discounts?

Begin by calling our Wellness Concierge at 877-SALLUS-7 (877-725-5877). The Wellness Concierge will assist you in selecting a provider and identifying the discount you are entitled to. You will receive your discount when you pay for your services. There is no paperwork to fill out. Please see our How to Use Sallus Health page for details.

Is there a deductible?

No, there is no deductible. Your discount is applied instantly when you pay the provider.

Can I join if I have an existing dental condition?

Yes. Anyone can become a Sallus Health discount plan member.

Is there a waiting period before I can use Sallus Health?

Once you receive your membership packet with your member ID you will be ready to begin receiving discounts. Membership packets typically arrive in 7-10 business days.

Can anyone in my household use the Sallus Health discount plans?

If you signup for our family package, Sallus Health will include any member in your household.

Do I pay the provider at time of service?

Yes, unless you have made other arrangements with your health care provider, all payments are due at time of service.

Can I cancel at anytime?

Yes, simply contact 877-SALLUS-7 (877-725-5877) to cancel anytime. Your membership will terminate at the end of your billing cycle. Our cancellation policy is clearly stated in your membership packet.

Is there a co-pay when I visit a provider?

No, the discount plans offered through Sallus Health are not insurance. You pay for the provider services at your discounted rate at the time of service.
